  Worse dine in experience ever seems like they can only handle take away orders. Girl on the reception took the wrong order then made it take away order instead dine in as she about to finish her shift and rushing for things. Then they served us the order in the plate in the take away bags. When i asked she started arguing with us and walked away then at the end i complaint to the manager but she seems ignoring everything and telling me she dont know what happen. So very poor dine in experience. Never gonna go back good luck nandos.

  I used to live in Perth and Nando's was my go to for takeaway. Since being in Mawson Lakes, it really wasn't as exciting or well made. we lived in SA for 5 years; our very last meal we had at this branch included peri chips that contained more peri salt than chips - not joking - and the paella had no flavoring and included lots of left over black grill gunk . Since moving to another state and having Nando's there, it has since renewed my faith. No black bits all through the paella, chicken and rice were fresh with flavoring and the chips were perfectly salted. Please make sure you clean your grills properly and put the sauce requested, in the dish. The last meal we had with you seemed like no one cared.

  Awesome staff and service, delicous food as always.. Just one thing that they should still keep physical menu rather than scanning QR code on mobile to order food. Elderly population and customers with no mobile phones may get upset.

  No customer service your business will fail, forcing people to order online through an app that doesn’t always work is disgraceful.
  What if your elderly or left your phone at home or not tech savvy. Not accepting cash either, there would not be another company anywhere that discriminate as much as nandos. The amount of negative reviews you guys are receiving is huge. I wonder if trying to save a few dollars is going to pay off in the long run…. I highly doubt it!
  Pity cause the foods great but I won’t be back
