  A great gym with coaches onboard & varied workouts
  There's also a social side to the gym with coffee mornings and social outings. Xmas function etc.
  People talk to each other and say hello.
  Encouragement is provided if seeking to be part of EFM community run events e.g. City to Bay or True Grit etc.

  I have been a member of EFM Mawson Lakes since January 2017. During that time my fitness and health have greatly improved with the help from the trainers at the club. A very inclusive and supportive network of professional trainers are always around to give guidance with exercise programs that change every day. The thing that I like is that you get personal training in a group context without having to pay the price that you would for a one on one approach. Also the other members that you encounter at the club while you exercise are a wonderful bunch of people, very supportive. A great place to pursue your goal towards a fitter and healthier life.

  Great club we have been going for 18 years. Sessions are good for all levels of fitness and the coach will adapt as needed. It sits nicely between being dumped on a lot of machines and personal training,. The coach is always there to assist and teach technique. The club is friendly and we have fun while working out. The session is different every day.

  Have been a EFM Member for 10 years now, currently at EFM Health Club Mawson Lakes (since 2019). Location is great, with ample off street parking. Gym is fully equipped with a great mix of weights and cardio and mats for the floor for those who love to plank. Want to workout outside, no issue either with grassy areas and paths which are great for shuttles, lunges, pond runs.
  Why do I keep going back, apart from wanting to do right by my body, its the support and encouragement from fellow members and the great trainers who are on hand and coaching you to ensure you are performing exercises in the right way.
  In terms of cleanliness, the gym and equipment is well maintained and where we all have a part to play to make sure any equipment used is wiped down ready for the next gym member.
