  I was a tenant under this property management for over 7 months. Their attitude towards customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The following is a brief description of my issues while renting from Elders Mawson Lakes property management.
  
  They refuse to include Defense Lease Clauses in rental agreements because it 'costs them money'. I was not told this until after I had paid a deposit even though I had submitted a clause for them to sign.
  
  If I had to submit an inquiry via email or the APP they insist tenants use, the response was slow and if I did not persue an issue the matter was forgotten or ignored. Some emails I sent to them were claimed to not be received.
  
  After I posted a negative review of Elders Mawson Lakes, I was threatened with legal action for defamation. I have since updated this review with a more stuctured representation of my views. However this behavior from Elders Mawson Lakes seems typical of their attitude towards dealing with customers with an agressive focus on their own self interest.
