  I will be following up officially as well as here but had to say that the amazingly wonderful personal banker I have dealt with as executor of my darling dad's estate has shown me that even in the shittiest times there are just people who shine. People who are good decent kind supportive people!
  She made me laugh as tears spilt down my face...got cross on my behalf on the phone to people who hadn't done the right thing...wrote sternly worded emails and cared...cared enough to spend hours with me... cared about doing the right thing by my dad.

  I just love my bank such wonderful service, it is nice to people take time and they really care about their customers. I wish other banks would take notice!!

  Great bank in the central part of the Salisbury town center easy access by bus excellent staff willing to help you with any needs. I rather be a customer at Westpac then have to put up with Commonwealth bank staff that are rude and unhelpful.
